The prints presented are all from my personal collection and available for sale or exchange.
I undertake to make every effort to deliver the works ordered as soon as possible (between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination) but cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to a delay in delivery.
In the event of payment by bank transfer or by check, the order will only be processed upon actual receipt with a delay on the corresponding number of days.
Postage, packaging and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery to return the works to us, provided that they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.
In the event of withdrawal, reimbursement will be made by check in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
All photographs presented are protected by copyright. The acquisition of an original print does not confer on the customer any right of exploitation, reproduction, exhibition or distribution of the image itself on any medium whatsoever.
All texts, comments, illustrations, photographs reproduced on this site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and this for the whole world.
Any total or partial reproduction of the ARGENTIC site is strictly prohibited.
I can cancel a customer's order if the latter cannot provide sufficient payment guarantees, without this cancellation giving rise to the award of damages to the customer.
Any print sold remains my property until full payment of its price.
The information and data concerning the customers allow the correct management of the orders and the customer file. In accordance with the law, the customer has a right of access to personal data concerning him and a right of rectification that he only needs to exercise by contacting me.
This site is designed to best meet the expectations of photography enthusiasts. As such, it regularly offers new photographs but also information relating to its photographers or events associated with its approach. At any time, it is possible to no longer receive any of this information by notifying us by email.
This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris.
